Laurie Sale

Yoga Teacher | Founder of Ananda Yoga Nambour

Laurie teaches from the heart. Her classes are an invitation to slow down, tune in, and come home to yourself. With a background in Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Yin, Restorative and Hot Yoga, she offers a blend of movement, stillness, breath and soul—always grounded in presence and authenticity.

She discovered the healing power of yoga after experiencing burnout from years in the corporate world. What began as a personal practice soon became a path of transformation, connection, and deep remembering. Laurie is especially passionate about living in tune with nature’s rhythms and the seasons, and often incorporates essential oils, breathwork, and yogic philosophy into her classes.

Since moving to Nambour in 2017, she’s fallen in love with the beauty of this community. Ananda Yoga Nambour was born from a vision to create a warm, welcoming space to move, breathe, sweat, soften and grow—together.

Rin Ilett

Hi, I’m Rin and I am so happy to be here, sharing something I love deeply.

Yoga has given me strength, connection, peace, play, community — and so much more.

Rin Ilett

Hi, I’m Rin and I am so happy to be here, sharing something I love deeply.

Yoga has given me strength, connection, peace, play, community — and so much more.
It first found me over a decade ago, and since then, my practice has shifted and evolved many times. I am mindful that we are ever-changing beings who need different things at different times — and this is the space I teach from: with compassion, inclusion, and a deep respect for each student’s experience.

This practice is a chance to feel safe, to slow down, and to truly tune in. In a world that asks so much of us, I believe this kind of pause is essential.

I can’t wait to meet you on the mat.
Much love,

Rin x

Ally Greaney

I’ve loved Pilates since I was 13, and after being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition a few years ago, I deepened my training in Stott Pilates (Mat Level 1 & 2) and Barre as a way to support my own healing.

Ally Greaney

Hello everyone,

I’m so excited to be joining the Ananda Yoga community as a Pilates instructor.

I moved to the Sunshine Coast from New Zealand with my husband and our five children, embracing the beautiful lifestyle here. I’ve loved Pilates since I was 13, and after being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition a few years ago, I deepened my training in Stott Pilates (Mat Level 1 & 2) and Barre as a way to support my own healing. I also manage arthritis in my hips, so mindful movement and strengthening to support the joints are both a personal passion and an essential part of my teaching philosophy.

I believe in movement that is nurturing, empowering, and deeply connected to the body. My approach focuses on building strength, mobility, and ease, while encouraging self-care and presence. Outside the studio, you’ll usually find me in or near the ocean, practicing yoga/pilates, enjoying time in nature, or reading.

I look forward to meeting you on the mat and sharing classes that are supportive, accessible, and uplifting.

Warmly, Ally x

I am passionate about matwork and intentional bodyweight movement. I truly see the body through a holistic lens and love bringing that into every class.
My classes are upbeat yet controlled, with a strong emphasis on breath and how it can completely shift the way your body responds to movement. I’ve been practising Pilates for 7 years and teaching for 2, and I hope to give members the same feeling I had when I first fell in love with it.
I want clients to walk away feeling stronger, taller, grounded, and more connected to themselves🤍

Jen Bell

I discovered yoga over 25 years ago and was instantly drawn to the practice. At first, it was the physical benefits that kept me returning to my mat, as I managed ongoing neck and back issues. Over time, yoga became so much more—it opened me to the mental, emotional, and spiritual gifts this ancient practice offers. Yoga has been life-changing, teaching me to be the calm in the storm, find stillness within the busyness, and a greater perspective grounded in gratitude. On the mat, I invite students to explore not only strength and movement, but also peace, presence, and connection to something greater. I am passionate about sharing this practice and helping others discover their own path through yoga. xx

Renae Marsh

Hello, so nice to meet you. For the past two decades, I have
professionally trained and dedicated myself as a Bikram
teacher since 2005, enabling people to experience the 26 & 2 sequence.
At this time, I also built and operated my first Bikram Studio on
the Sunshine Coast, travelling Australia and other countries as
a teacher, manager or guest teacher, holding a safe space,
educating and motivating others on how this hatha-raja yoga
will heal their mind and body, as it continuously does for me.
Before and during this period of my life, many emotional and
physical painful barriers presented themselves for me to deal
with. The skills of breathing, clear thinking, and maintaining a
strong, healthy spine with confidence that come from this
practice. I know how to release and dissolve these barriers on
the mat. Come join your community and me to experience how
to become your own master of happiness and healing lifestyle.
